PROCESSING TIME

We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our products are not stock items and are made just for you once you've placed your order.  The production process normally takes 2 weeks.  Orders are shipped immediately after completion.  We do our best to ship orders placed within three weeks of order placement.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We may ship internationally (with the exception of the US and Canada at present).  Please note that any order placed with us for delivery outside the United Kingdom, may incur import duties, customs charges, handling fees and other associated charges and costs, which may depend on the value of the order and delivery destination. Please note that duties and taxes are calculated based on the payment amount, including any promotional items. By making a purchase, you are responsible to cover the full duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is your responsibility. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately due to the current situation in Ukraine, we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia and Moldova. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience.
